Studio K Design Co. provides both digital products and physical, made-to-order items. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will be delivered, how shipping costs work, and what to expect throughout the process.
Shipping Policy
1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
Most Studio K Design Co. products are digital files, including templates, printables, planners, worksheets, invitations, and design assets.
For digital items:

No physical product will be shipped.

Files are delivered automatically or by email after checkout.

Digital items are typically available immediately after purchase.

If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam folder or contact us at:studiokdesignco@outlook.com
Because digital files cannot be returned, all digital sales are final, unless a file is corrupted or incorrect.
2. Physical Products
If you have purchased a physical item (such as signs, printed invitations, apparel with designs, labels, or custom-made pieces), the following rules apply:
A. Processing Time
All physical products are made-to-order, meaning processing time may vary.
Typical processing times:

Standard items: 3–7 business days

Custom orders: 7–14 business days

Large orders: 10–21 business days
Processing time may increase during holidays or promotional periods.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Studio K Design Co. ships physical items using reliable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator.
Estimated shipping times (after processing):

Within Canada: 3–10 business days

United States: 5–14 business days

International: 10–30 business days (depending on destination)
Please note:
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to weather, customs, postal disruptions, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Occasionally, Studio K Design Co. may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website when available.
5. Tracking Information
Most physical orders include tracking.
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Studio K Design Co. is not responsible for:

Packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer error

Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Additional charges needed to re-ship an item
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, you may choose to:

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, Studio K Design Co. is not liable for:

Lost packages

Stolen items after delivery

Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
If your tracking information shows issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
However, we will support you in resolving the situation where possible.
8. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)
International shipments may incur:

These fees are not included in product prices or shipping rates.
Customers are fully responsible for any customs charges imposed upon delivery.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order (address changes, quantity updates, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.
