Refund Policy

Legal Disclaimer

At Studio K Design Co., every product—digital or physical—is created with care, attention, and quality. Because many of our items are custom-made or instantly accessible digital downloads, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be granted.

Refund Policy 

1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

All digital items—including templates, planners, invitations, labels, printable files, and design assets—are non-refundable.

This is because digital products:

  • Cannot be returned

  • Are accessible immediately after purchase

  • Are considered “used” once downloaded

Therefore, all digital sales are final.

If there is an issue with the file (corruption, incorrect format, missing pages, etc.), please contact us and we will happily repair or replace the digital item.

2. Custom Work & Personalized Designs

Custom orders require significant time and creative labour. For this reason:

  • All custom design deposits are non-refundable.

  • Once design work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Changes after approval may result in additional fees.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Not liking the final design after approving earlier drafts

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

Studio K Design Co. is committed to working collaboratively and will make reasonable revisions to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Physical Products

If you purchased a physical product (such as printed invitations, signs, apparel, or labels), refunds may be available only under specific conditions:

A. Refunds are NOT offered for:
  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong size, colour, or quantity

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Natural variations due to handmade or custom processes

B. Refunds MAY be offered if:
  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • There is a clear production error made by Studio K Design Co.

In these cases, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging (if damaged)

If approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Errors & File Issues (Digital or Printed)

If the mistake was made by Studio K Design Co., we will correct it at no additional cost.

If incorrect information (names, dates, colours, details, etc.) was provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-printing or re-editing.

5. Technical Problems Downloading Digital Files

If you experience issues accessing your files, contact us at studiokdesignco@outlook.com.

We will happily resend files or provide an alternative format if needed.

However, technical limitations on your personal device (e.g., outdated software, incompatible apps) do not qualify for refunds.

6. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Studio K Design Co. is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or PayPal

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Studio K Design Co. first will result in:

  • Immediate termination of access to all digital products

  • Cancellation of ongoing custom work

  • Possible legal action for fraudulent disputes

We are always willing to resolve issues fairly—please email us first.
